A Pre-Participation Sports Physical, often referred to as a sports physical, is a medical evaluation performed by a healthcare provider to determine whether an your child is physically able to participate in sports activities.

PRE-OPERATIVE CLEARANCE EXAM
A medical clearance for surgery, also known as a "preoperative exam" or "pre-op," ensures that a patient is medically fit and safe for both surgery and anesthesia.
60-minute in-person examination
Includes: History, Exam, EKG, and labs* (chest x-ray available at additional costs).
